Fordham Law Review Symposium Critically Examines the Law of the American Territories

On October 27 and 28, the Fordham Law Review held its annual symposium on the subject of law and inequities in the American Territories and the more than three million people living in the territories. The symposium, “An Anomalous Status: Rights and Wrongs in America’s Territories” brought together leading scholars, jurists, and practitioners from and related to the American Territories, and was one of the largest symposia held by the Law Review.
